Glenelg Tigers have swept aside 33 years of heartache and defeated Port Adelaide Magpies in the season 2019 SANFL Grand Final.
Glenelg last won a Premiership in 1986 and since that time have lost 5 Grand Finals.
Glenelg led all day and piled on 5 goals after Half-Time to defeat Port Adelaide by 28 points.
Richmond Tigers has defeated Williamstown Seagulls in the VFL Grand Final by 3 Points.
Richmond kicked 4 goals in the first quarter against Williamstown who did not register a point. However, Williamstown got down to business in the second quarter and restricted Richmond to just 4 points in the second quarter.
In the third quarter, both sides were locked into a struggle with only 1 goal scored by both sides.
Final quarter saw Williamstown blow their chances kicking 4 goals and 5 behinds against Richmond’s straight kicking with 3 goals.

Richmond blew Greater Western Sydney out of the water from the opening bounce by keeping the football in the forward 50 which stopped Greater Western Sydney from scoring.
In a thoroughly dominating performance Richmond kicked 2 goals in the first quarter and then 5 goals in each of the other three quarters.
However, the best part of Richmond’s crushing win was when Dustin Martin hand passed to debutant Marlion Pickett who kicked his first goal.
