Tenders For Kindergarten Upgrades

Tenders have today been advertised for 2 kindergarten projects as part of the Hodgman Government’s $15 Million commitment to upgrade early learning facilities and deliver brand new Kindergartens around the state, Minister for Education and Training Jeremy Rockliff said.

“Tenders at Bowen Road and Glenorchy Primary Schools are to deliver important improvements at these sites which will enhance student learning.”

“We know that quality early years’ education is a key factor in lifting educational outcomes, which is why we are ensuring they have access to state-of-the-art facilities that are welcoming, safe and inclusive.” Minister Rockliff said.

Hodgman Government wants students to develop a life-long love of learning from a young age.

“We are committed to investment in education infrastructure across Tasmania, with the 2019-20 State Budget investing $184.2 Million for schools across the state.” Minister Rockliff said.
