The 2012-2013 redivision of State electoral boundaries made the following changes to the boundaries of Polwarth District.

Polwarth Lost:

1,254 electors to Buninyong District (Bamganie, Corindhap, Dereel, Maude and Mount Mercer)

89 electors to Geelong District (Part of Fyansford)

Polwarth Gained:

374 electors from Lowan District (Woorndoo)

631 electors from Ripon District (Bradvale, Mingay, Pitfield, Pittong, Skipton, Vite Vite, Vite Vite North and Wallinduc)

218 electors from South Barwon District (Modewarre)

2 electors from South-West Coast District (part of Ballangeich)

Liberal:            24,351             63.29%
