The 2012-2013 redivision of State electoral boundaries made the following changes to the boundaries of Mill Park District.

Mill Park Lost:

8,049 electors to Bundoora District (Parts of Bundoora and Mill Park)

146 electors to Eltham District (Part of Greensborough)

7,711 electors to Thomastown District (Parts of Epping, Lalor and Thomastown).

Mill Park Gained:

15,218 electors from Yan Yean District (Parts of Epping, South Morang and Wollert)

Election Results:

Two-party preferred vote, 2010 State election:

ALP:               24,966             69.45%

Liberal:            10,982             30.55%
