Boundary Changes:

The 2012-2013 redivision of State electoral boundaries made the following changes to the boundaries of Carrum District.

Carrum Lost:

740 electors to Frankston District (Part of Seaford).

22,086 electors to Mordialloc District (Aspendale, Aspendale Gardens, Chelsea, Chelsea Heights and Edithvale).

Carrum Gained:

21,153 electors from Cranbourne District (Carrum Downs, Sandhurst and Skye. Part of Seaford.).

578 electors from Lyndhurst District (Parts of Bangholme and Dandenong South).

South Eastern Metropolitan Region

Election Results:

Two-party preferred vote, 2010 State election:

ALP:               18,140             47.96%

Liberal:            19,681             52.04%

Estimated two-party preferred vote on 2014 boundaries:*
