Boundary Changes:

The 2012-2013 redivision of State electoral boundaries made the following changes to the boundaries of Broadmeadows District.

Broadmeadows Lost:

4,617 electors to Pascoe Vale District (Parts of Glenroy and Hadfield).

Broadmeadows Gained:

7,716 electors from Thomastown District (Fawkner).

Election Results:

Two-party preferred vote, 2010 State election:

ALP:               21,811             70.98%

Liberal:            8,919               29.02%
