Graduating from Melbourne University Law School in 1969, Mr. Guy also holds an MBA from IMEDE at Lausanne, Switzerland.

The Attorney-General also announced the appointment of Ms. Catherine McGovern to the VLA Board.

Ms. McGovern is the General Manager, Government and Public Affairs, at Medibank Private and a board member of Melbourne Citymission.
