10 new allied health professionals have hit the ground running after completing the Top End Health Service’s Inter-Professional Allied Health Graduate Program.

“Territorians deserve access to the best possible health services, and this graduate program ensures our allied health professionals stay living and working in the Territory.” Minister for Health Natasha Fyles said.

Graduate Program aims to see professionals from a range of allied health services such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy, Audiology and Speech Pathology work together as they integrate into the workforce after their studies.

“Our program provides graduate allied health professionals with a positive transition to practice by creating opportunities to connect with other allied health graduates starting their career at a similar time.” Acting Allied Health Clinical Educator Linda Hunt said.

Graduate Program runs annually, applications for the next program will open in February.
