New South Wales Legislative Council

New South Wales State Election 26 March 2011

Victor P Taffa

Recently New South Wales Labor Premier Kristina Keneally ensured that her Treasurer Eric Roozendaal was secured the No. 1 Spot on the Legislative Council Ballot Paper for the 26 March 2011 State Election.

This announcement was received by many with utter dismay and disgust.

The Early Proroguing of the New South Wales Parliament was a half-smart decision that is simply a slap in the face to the People of New South Wales.

Treasurer Eric Roozendaal SOLD the New South Wales Lotteries at a LOSS of $50 Million.

Treasurer Eric Roozendaal has GIVEN away the New South Wales Electricity Industry for a Price that you would expect to find in a St. Vincent de Paul Shop.

At the October 2008 Ryde State By-Election Editor Victor P Taffa announced on campaign brochures his opposition to the Sale of the Power Industry. Copies of these brochures can be viewed in www.isput.com.au

The Kennett Victoria Liberal Government was forced to sell Government Businesses because of the manner in which the Cain/Kirner Government’s left the State of Victoria.

Treasurer Eric Roozendaal has not had to face the same mess as far as New South Wales voters are aware of and the Treasurer continually reminds New South Wales of the retention of the Triple AAA Credit Rating.

At the end of the day the People of New South Wales have been SOLD OUT by Labor.

On 26 March 2011 the People of New South Wales can have their say. The workers of the Railway and Electricity Industries whose futures have been put at risk by Labor can make their feelings known in the Privacy of the Ballot Box.

The Legislative Council Ballot Paper has a Line across the page that gives voters a choice. While Labor has rewarded Treasurer Eric Roozendaal with the No.1 Spot on the Labor Ticket all voters can number candidates BELOW THE LINE to the amount prescribed by the Electoral Commission.

Voters DO NOT have to re-elect Treasurer Eric Roozendaal if they do not wish to.

Similarly the voters of Heffron can elect a Candidate other than outgoing Premier Kristina Keneally if they so wish.

The People of Egypt demonstrated that they have the POWER and not a Dictator.

The People of New South Wales similarly can vote for any Candidate that they wish to on 26 March 2011.
