Mental Health Is Not A Game

Victor P Taffa

The New South Wales Health System is NOT to be used as a Political Weapon by the Labor Party. The New South Wales Health System is meant to make sick Patients get Better. The New South Wales Health System is not meant to make People get Sicker.

The New South Wales Labor Government has engaged in Political Warfare against Victor P Taffa as it seeks to cling to Power in March 2011.

When Victor P Taffa went to Newcastle in May 2009 to support the Save Our Rail Group it was done with the utmost sincerity. Initially there was not the intention to contest the Seat of Newcastle in March 2011.

Obviously as time wore on the usual jokes by the Labor and Liberal Parties that “He’s not serious” required a more concerted effort to STOP Victor P Taffa from contesting the Seat of Newcastle.

The Southern Thunderer was first published on Wednesday 14 October 2009 and the same sorts of jokes have been played out time and again.

The New South Wales Mental Health System is underfunded by a Government who could not give a damn about Mental Health and worse still seeks to use the same System to STOP a Political Opponent from contesting the Seat of Newcastle.

The People of Newcastle have been taken for granted for too long and Victor P Taffa intends to give Novocastrians the representation that they deserve which includes the following:

  • Maintain the Railway into the CBD of Newcastle
  • Support AFL for Premiership Points in Newcastle
  • Support the retention of Retail Giant David Jones in Newcastle CBD
  • Reinstate Railway Level Crossings where appropriate
  • Promote the Hunter Regional Railway Map as contained in www.isput.com.au
  • Promote the Newcastle Tramway Map as contained in www.isput.com.au
  • Promote Railway Electrification between Newcastle & Maitland
  • Promote Broadmeadow Railway Stabling Facilities
  • Promote a Railway/Tramway Lottery to fund new Lines
  • Promote the Introduction of Railway Lounge/Restaurant Carriages
  • Promote the Expansion of Railways & Tramways as contained in www.isput.com.au

The Labor Party shafted Former Newcastle MP Bryce Gaudry and parachuted in the current MP in the vain hope of maintaining credibility.

The Labor Party has used the New South Wales Health System to STOP Victor P Taffa for its own cheap gain.

The Labor Party has NO credit left and only seeks to permanently destroy the life of Victor P Taffa through the Mental Health System.

This Half Baked Kangaroo Court that is called the Mental Health Review Tribunal will be meeting on:

Tuesday 9 November 2010 at Hearing Room 3, Mental Health Review Tribunal Building 40, Digby Road, Gladesville Hospital, Gladesville NSW 2111. (Enter via Punt Road) Commencing at 11.00am

I kindly ask that any person or friends or colleagues to attend if possible for Moral and Personal Support.

The Labor Party should not be allowed to legitimise its existence by stopping Victor P Taffa from going to Victoria to cover the 27 November 2010 Election or campaigning in Newcastle. This also extends to the ability to operate freely in a Democracy as a Qualified Journalist.

The Labor Party should stand condemned forever.

The Abuse Of The Mental Health System-A Means To An End

Community Treatment Orders (C.T.O.)

Victor P Taffa

Some People in the Labor Party are so deeply full of Bile, Hatred, Racism and Homophobia that it they will do everything in their Pathetic Power to STOP Victor P Taffa from living a normal life simply because of a longstanding support for Railway Expansion or contesting the 26 March 2011 Newcastle State Election.

One only has to look at what happened to Bryce Gaudry MP or Kevin Rudd MP.

Had Victor P Taffa been Heterosexual and of a different ethnicity then being twice admitted to Macquarie Psychiatric Hospital in 2003 and 2010 would never have occurred.

Despite all of this I still believe that there is a more powerful force on earth than any human being.

When Victor P Taffa publicly supported Railway Improvements in 1985 in a Media Article this effectively was the death knell of Liberal Party Pre-Selection hopes for the 1988 State Election.

Going back to 2007 the Labor Party did not like Victor P Taffa from driving a Taxi-Cab in Sydney because of support of Railway Expansion as contained in www.isput.com.au Not only was Victor P Taffa unable to Drive a Taxi due to Health Problems people were ‘leant on’ to ensure that this occurred and further more Doctors at Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney made comments opposing such Political Ambitions.

The dirty games have never been a one off. Going back to the 1999 Ryde Local Government Elections there was exception to ideas for Railway Expansion and the then State Member for Ryde allegedly remarked that “You should run in a State Election as these are State issues.”

Somehow in the eyes of the New South Wales Police Victor P Taffa has been judged guilty going back to the 1999 Election.

Matters only got worse in 2002 when Victor P Taffa wrote a letter to then NSW Police Commissioner Ken Moroney asking if the existing laws pertaining to illicit drugs would be enforced outside of the Kings Cross Heroin Injecting Room.

It should be publicly noted that Victor P Taffa applied after this time to join the NSW Police and the first application was ignored and the second application rejected and then was pressured into selling the home that he lived in.

In 2003 Victor P Taffa was forcedly placed in Macquarie Hospital for 11 days. Who knows this could have been ‘Pay back.’

The delays in holding New South Wales Local Government Elections by the Carr Government were political games. Elections that should have been held in September 2003 were postponed until March 2004 all the while unbeknown to Victor P Taffa. Election material had been printed and partly distributed. The Local Government Election Terms were then extended until September 2004.

The website www.isput.com.au was launched in February 2009 and every I.T. Person has been subjected to Political Interference because the New South Wales Government opposes Railway Expansion.

Political Interference has continued at every turn with the establishment of The Southern Thunderer. Even the Theft of Media Equipment was a Pre-meditated attack. In December 2009 www.southernthunderer.com.au mysteriously went OFF-LINE.

The Southern Thunderer returned and even now people have been told NOT to advertise in The Southern Thunderer as a means of starving Victor P Taffa from earning an income. How can someone on a C.T.O. earn an income in any event?

Even when using a Male Chat-Line people have been cynically told that ‘He is only after votes.’ Somehow if Victor P Taffa met someone in a particular suburb for sex that ‘He is running in that Seat.’  These same very people oppose Victor P Taffa from ever sitting in a Parliament because somehow he will ‘convert people’ or He is unable to represent the majority of people ‘because homosexuals are in the minority.’

The media release published in www.southernthunderer.com.au announcing that Victor P Taffa would contest the Seat of Newcastle on 7 March 2010 obviously annoyed some people and after the coverage of the 20 March 2010 South Australia and Tasmania State Elections Victor P Taffa was placed in Macquarie Hospital against his will 1 Year to the 26 March 2011 NSW Election.

In order to be discharged from Macquarie Hospital after 7 weeks of misery Victor P Taffa was blackmailed into signing a COMMUNITY TREATMENT ORDER (C.T.O.) Nurses at the time remarked that ‘Your Notes showed that you were no worse than in 2003.’ On 13 May 2010 the Nursing Staff at the time said “You will only have to do this once.”

Now the Labor Government seeks to extend the C.T.O. which expires on 13 November 2010 as a means to stopping Victor P Taffa from contesting the seat of Newcastle on 26 March 2011.

The existing C.T.O. runs out on 13 November 2010 and a hearing is set down for:

Tuesday 9 November 2010 at Hearing Room 3, Mental Health Review Tribunal Building 40, Digby Road, Gladesville Hospital, Gladesville NSW 2111. (Enter via Punt Road) Commencing at 11.00am

I kindly ask that any person or friends or colleagues to attend if possible for Moral and Personal Support.

This whole process has taken a toll on me and my family and has been detrimental to my Mental Health rather than the supposed reverse of helping you.

I have contacted the Legal Aid Commission and they will be in contact with me to attend the Hearing. Any other Legal Representation in support of me is most welcome also.

The C.T.O. is being sought so as to restrict my ability to ever lead a normal life.

As a Qualified Journalist that would impact on my ability to go to Victoria to cover the 2010 State Election or contest the Seat of Newcastle in March 2011 or go to Western Australia and interview any of the Liberal/National Party Government Ministers.

The Oil Industry and the Labor Party do not want me in any Parliament or my Railway or Tramway Expansion Plans as contained in www.isput.com.au to be ever built.

The Labor Party do not want me to contest Newcastle as they hope that the Greens will not win the Seats of Balmain or Marrickville.

Dr. Virginia Furner at Albion Street Centre on Friday 5 November 2010 remarked “Victor your articles in The Southern Thunderer are very well written.” I replied that I could hardly require a C.T.O. and Dr. Furner agreed.

It should be noted that at all times I have attended doctor’s appointments and taken appropriate medication.

Had Sir Winston Churchill been locked up in a Psychiatric Hospital then Great Britain would have LOST World War II.

Does this mean that People will not add 1 cent to Mental Health but Ryde Hospital can run my life forever?

At least Western Australia has a Minister for Mental Health. If the New South Wales Government were so concerned with my health or Mental Health in general then they too would have a Minister for Mental Health and funds to match.

Had I been Heterosexual then some of the corrupt, bigoted, racist people in the Labor Party would never have targeted me. I never asked to be Homosexual. Homosexuality is not a ‘choice.’

How can a Person on a C.T.O. contest an Election?

What sought of Country do we live in?

Is this the price I have to pay for Labor to maintain its stranglehold on Government?

As I wrote after discharge from Macquarie Hospital in 2010 basically if you have a Mental Health Problem such as Bipolar Disorder then are basically treated as a Criminal.

Even if Barry O’Farrell becomes Premier of New South Wales tomorrow will my Mental Health Problems suddenly disappear?

Victor P Taffa has a lot more going for him than the cowards who have placed him in Macquarie Hospital in 2003 and 2010. To continue this charade of concern for his Health is quite obscene.

Schools Require Adequate Toilets

New South Wales Shadow Treasurer & Manly MP Mike Baird

MANLY WEST PUBLIC SCHOOL’S PLEA TO REPLACE 80-YEAR-OLD TOILETS

Victor P Taffa

Manly MP Mike Baird is urging the State Government to find the funds to upgrade Manly West Public School’s toilets, which have not been replaced in 80 years.

“This funding request is not unreasonable – the School is simply asking for the first upgrade to their toilet block in 80 years.” Mr. Baird said.

“These toilets have been deemed the worst in the northern district according to an assessor, with repairs for the toilets being logged on a weekly basis.”

“A crack is running down the middle of one of the toilet blocks, which is an obvious hazard to the young students.” Mr. Baird said.

“It is a sad indictment on the Government that it does not consider this project worthy of funds.”

Mr Baird said he moved a Notice of Motion in Parliament in June to support the School’s request for funds through the Department of Education’s Minor Capital Works Program.

“It was certainly a surprise to receive the Minister’s response, which refused the School’s application for funds for the knockdown and rebuild of its toilet block.”

“These toilets have the original chain flush system so not only are they desperately old, they are also a disaster environmentally with significant amounts of water wasted on every flush.”

“It is difficult to understand how the Government cannot see that this upgrade is basic maintenance, which must be done.” Mr. Baird said.

“What makes the knockback more difficult to bear is the fact money is wasted by the Government on a daily basis through its mismanagement.”

“There will be 760 students at Manly West next year and there is little confidence the toilet block will be able to cope.”

“We won’t give up the fight for these funds for this basic facility.” Mr. Baird said.

While Manly West Public School is unable to have adequate Toilet Facilities the New South Wales Minister for Education has for months crowing at the success at the way in which the New South Wales Government handled the Building Education Program that was established by the Federal Government. The same Member for Balmain also trumpeted the virtues of the Rozelle Metro Project that was deeply flawed from the start.

Similarly the Western Express Railway Line that was to be the Western Metro Line will end up with operational capacity restrictions in the same way in which the Eastern Suburbs Line at Bondi Junction experiences now.

Name Of Team GWS To Be Revealed Tuesday 16 November 2010

Team GWS Chief Executive Officer Dale Holmes

The Game’s About to Change!

Victor P Taffa

Team GWS, Greater Western Sydney’s very own AFL team, will officially unveil the Club’s name and colours on Tuesday, 16 November.

Following a six month public campaign along with a dedicated schools competition involving more than 200 schools across the region, GWS received more than 20,000 suggestions through nametheteam.com.au

Team GWS Chief Executive Officer Dale Holmes said that the launch of the Club’s identity marked an important milestone for the Club and its supporters.

“We launched the Name the Team campaign in front of a sellout crowd for the NAB Cup at Blacktown Olympic Park back in February and we were blown away with the response. It’s been incredible to see the level of interest this has generated.”

“We are committed to working with the community to develop the identity of their Club. A comprehensive process was undertaken to canvass the community’s best ideas, which also included stakeholder workshops and extensive market research.” Mr. Holmes said.

“The end result I must say is something we’re all extremely proud of and to be honest we can’t wait to share it with our supporters and the community.”

“One of the challenges we have faced is building support for a club that has no name. It’s exciting that we are finally going to have a brand that people can connect with a feel a part of.” Mr. Holmes said.

On the night, Team GWS will unveil the Club Guernseys, worn by some of the 2011 playing group, who will also be in attendance.

The Club will continue to engage the community in the development of its brand with ongoing mascot and club song promotions in 2011.

GWS is also giving five lucky supporters the chance to witness history in the making by attending the launch, where they meet Kevin Sheedy and Israel Folau. Simply visit teamgws.com.au and follow the link to enter.

Tickets to the launch can also be purchased through the club, simply email info@teamgws.com.au to find out more.

The Name and Colours for the AFL’s newest team will be interesting and exciting for AFL Football. Editor Victor P Taffa entered the competition through the website and suggested the name as The Western Sydney Rockets.

When Politics Is In Your Blood

Victor P Taffa

Politics: Science and Art of Government; Political Affairs or Life; Political Principles or Practice. Pocket Oxford Dictionary.

Editor Victor P Taffa’s interest in Politics was ignited in 1975 with the Whitlam Dismissal.

“My mother and my Aunts took me to the 1975 Liberal Party Election Campaign Rally that was held at Randwick Racecourse. The atmosphere was electric.” Victor remembered.

Victor joined the Liberal Party in December 1982 at the ripe old age of Seventeen. Months later, the Fraser Government was defeated by the Hawke Labor Opposition.

Living in New South Wales, at a State level, Labor is a part of the furniture on the Government Benches. From 1941 until 1995, Labor has governed for 36 of those 54 years.

“When Nick Greiner took office in 1988, it was the first time in my life that I had experienced a Liberal/National Government in New South Wales. The joy of victory was overwhelming.”

As the years went on, Victor was very active assisting in election campaigns for the Liberal Party. That record of assistance is as follows:

Politics is a tough game and takes a toll on a person and your family. Having contested 3 Public Elections it becomes a situation of “Unfinished Business.” Anyone can stand for Election to Public Office however the reasons that you aspire to such Office are questioned thoroughly by all and sundry.

The issues that Editor Victor P Taffa will campaign for in the NSW Seat of Newcastle on 26 March 2011 are very focused on the Electorate of Newcastle and largely incorporate Railway and Tramway Improvements and Expansion.

Sydney and New South Wales urgently need both Railway and Tramway Expansion and it is the failure to expand Railway Lines over many Decades and the abandonment of what was the second largest Tramway Network in the world has brought Sydney and New South Wales to the mess that we currently face.

Poor Deals Leaves New South Wales High And Dry

New South Wales Shadow Treasurer Mike Baird

New South Wales Shadow Minister for Energy Duncan Gay

LABOR’S POWER SALE WILL SCORCH STATE’S ECONOMY

Victor P Taffa

The Keneally Labor Government must immediately abandon its ill-conceived plans to sell the state’s electricity assets at any cost, Shadow Treasurer Mike Baird and Shadow Minister for Primary Industries & Energy Duncan Gay said today.

“Each day reveals another reason why the Keneally Labor Government’s power sale is not in the state’s interest.” Mr. Baird said.

“The Premier and Treasurer must explain why they are pursuing a transaction that will increase risks for the state, reduce competition, make the market less efficient and lead to significant upward pressure on power prices.” Mr. Baird said.

“This week came the extraordinary announcement the Keneally Labor Government will go back to mining coal because the Treasurer failed to negotiate new coal contracts.”

“So now NSW will retain the risk of producing coal, which is one of the key risks that should have been reduced by the sale.” Mr. Baird said.

“By its nature this sale process should remove risks for the state, but because of the incompetence of the Treasurer, we have the opposite.”

“If this transaction proceeds and we win the election in March, we will expose every rotten detail so NSW households will know in full what the current Treasurer and Premier have tried to hide.” Mr. Baird said.

Mr. Gay said it is incredible that Eric Roozendaal has bungled the coal contracts to such an extent that NSW has now been forced to re-enter coal mining.

“The NSW Liberals & Nationals foreshadowed the need to address the coal contracts back in July 2008 and unfortunately for everyone in NSW the State Labor Government ignored our warnings.” Mr. Gay said.

“It is now clear the Keneally Labor Government has failed at every one of its reform objectives – to promote the interests of consumers, to increase efficiency and competition, and reduce the costs of electricity.”

“We urge the Keneally Labor Government to abandon its fire sale of the state’s electricity assets, which will deliver nothing less than a legacy of problems for the people of NSW.” Mr. Gay said.

Broadmeadow Stabling Facilities and Electrification

Victor P Taffa

Newcastle has a Long and Proud Railway Heritage and as with all pieces of vital Public Infrastructure requires improvement and Upgrading.

For too long Newcastle and the Railways has been neglected.

Under threat of Line Closure then NSW Premier Neville Wran in 1984 backed the future of the Newcastle Railway Line with Electrification.

One would have thought the campaign to close the Line would have gone away.

Undeterred the ‘Visionaries’ of Newcastle continued on with the need to close the Railway Line.

These ‘Visionaries’ were even successful in ousting a duly Elected State Member of Parliament namely Bryce Gaudry MP.

Where do these ‘Visionaries’ stand when it comes to Railway Expansion or Electrification from Newcastle to Maitland?

Without doubt Electrification from Newcastle to Maitland is long overdue.

New South Wales Railways require Electrification and this would result in the need for a new Power Station. This would increase the base power load capacity into the future. Some people argue against coal-fired Power Stations however until another cheaper source is found in New South Wales sense must prevail and a new Power Station should not be put off from being constructed.

If Government’s were seriously concerned about how bad the Coal Industry is for the Environment  then Regulation rather than a Carbon Tax would have been more beneficial to both the Coal Industry and the Environment.

Are these ‘Visionaries’ People who would gladly expect that Retail Shoppers would want to come to a new Shopping Centre if the most effective mode of Transport was removed namely the Railway?

Newcastle Railway Line Moves People

Newcastle Railway Line Moves People

These same ‘Visionaries’ are happy for longstanding Retail Giant David Jones to be forced to leave Newcastle.

At what cost in relative terms would Electrification really be when Population Pressures are already impacting on Newcastle?

During 2009 someone told me that the train from Newcastle to Sydney was 15 Minutes slower than 50 years ago. Where are these ‘Visionaries’ when you need them?

The scenic Central Coast Line has windy bends and in order to provide a faster, straighter, Electrified Railway service to Sydney a route via Maitland and Cessnock and connected with the Northern Line at Berowra will enable future growth to occur while providing an alternative to the F3.

The F3 has been widened however it only takes one mishap for the F3 to come to a standstill as has occurred recently.

The CESSNOCK LINE that appears on www.isput.com.au is a serious Transport Option for the area.

Some people would prefer that Trains in Newcastle were not stabled where they are at present.

Sydney has new Railway Stabling Facilities at Macdonaldtown, Hornsby and Gosford to name but a few.

Excess land at Broadmeadow would allow Trains to Stable in an area off the existing Newcastle Line.

Transport in Newcastle as in Sydney is OUR greatest challenge and providing new Railway Lines is what we elect Government’s to do.

When an inland Brisbane-Sydney-Melbourne Railway has been known about for decades $20 Billion should go towards digging dirt and laying track rather than a compiling another study.

Governments have put off building new Railway Lines for too long and to continue along this path of decades of inaction is something we can ill afford to go on doing.

Expansion Of Our Railways: OUR RAILWAYS CAN PAY THEIR WAY

Victor P Taffa

As our population increases and ages the expansion of all heavy railway networks throughout Australia is essential in order to meet these growing pressures over the next few decades.

In a series of articles The Southern Thunderer investigates a number of issues that spells out why Governments of all persuasions must meet the challenges ahead and instead of deferring or abandoning railway expansion realise the positive impact that this will have on our economy and society as a whole.

The plans for expansion of our railways were included in the Detailed Overview Report as written by myself and distributed in the first instance in January 2001. On 26 February 2009 all of the plans became accessible via the internet. The website address is www.isput.com.au

The Detailed Overview Report will be used as a template for individual websites of Railway expansion that will be progressively launched for every State, Territory and a National focus.

Many of the plans for Sydney are simply a revival of routes laid out by John Bradfield during the 1920’s and there are routes that were drawn up during the 1910’s. This article focuses on OUR RAILWAYS CAN PAY THEIR WAY.

Many people say ‘Railways do not pay.’ Public Transport invariably loses money. However to simply run this excuse as a reason to make NO attempt for the Railways to earn revenue on top of the 25% Fare Box is a copout that should be resisted.

There are many new ways that the New South Wales Railways can earn revenue so in turn be able to fund new Railway Lines. Some ideas and a Funding Formula that is also contained in the Detailed Overview Report in www.isput.com.au are as follows:

Railway restaurant/lounge carriages:

For time poor commuters whether it is early morning or late at night people should be able to purchase a food item.

  • Restaurant/lounge carriages would be included on every train. Passengers will be able to purchase food and beverages and consumed within the same carriage. By utilising a whole carriage passengers can sit and relax on lounge style seating so that the other carriages are maintained in their present format and thus enable laws relating to the consumption of food and beverages on a train remains unaltered.

  • Restaurant /lounge carriages would be leased to independent operators and would only relate to the provision of food and beverages.

  • Every railway depot could have a different provider of the food and beverage operation. Ownership of the carriages will remain with RailCorp.

FUNDING FORMULA:

  • Commonwealth Funding Assistance
  • State Government Funding Assistance
  • Private Consortium Involvement
  • Raised Island Tramway Super Stops to include advertising
  • Railway/Tramway Bonds guaranteed by the NSW Treasury
  • Railway/Tramway Lottery administered by the NSW Government
  • Tramway Trust Fund administered by the NSW Department of Transport
  • Tramway Operations by Private Involvement and Possible Operation

The New South Wales Government instigated an Opera House Lottery to go towards the construction of the Sydney Opera House.

The New South Wales Lotteries were SOLD for a LOSS of $50 Million and if Government’s were serious about Railway Line Construction then a Railway/Tramway Lottery should be introduced.

Not only did the NSW Government SELL the Lotteries but the cost of the registration Fee went up from $3.50 to $5.00

Railway/ Tramway Lottery

Railway/ Tramway Lottery

Since January 2001 many of the ideas such as the Railway Bonds have been promoted by Victor P Taffa.

It is to be hoped that the benefit of a Change of a NSW Government in March 2011 can precipitate the adaption of new, novel and relatively cheap ways of building new Railway Lines for Sydney and New South Wales.

Railway line construction does not remove the need to maintain or upgrade roads. However given the large expansion of residential areas over many decades without a railway line it is quite apparent that there is a bias against the construction of railway lines.

The difference between the cost of construction of roads and railway lines is marginal.

Labor’s Sick Health System

NSW Shadow Minister for Health Jillian Skinner

SHOALHAVEN/ST GEORGE DOCTOR: TEBBUTT MUST CHECK LABOR’S FAILING SYSTEM AS WELL AS PATIENTS

Victor P Taffa

Shadow Minister for Health Jillian Skinner today called on Carmel Tebbutt to not only review all patient cases of a doctor who was operating in breach of practicing conditions, but to review the system in NSW that has allowed restricted doctors to treat patients.

A Doctor at Shoalhaven Hospital was allowed to continue treating patients unsupervised and in breach of strict conditions.

“It is right his patients have their cases checked.” Mrs. Skinner said.

“But Health Minister Carmel Tebbutt must go further and review her doctor recruiting system that allowed this doctor to practice in breach of his conditions in the first place.”

“Health Minister Carmel Tebbutt currently presides over a system of doctor recruiting where doctor background checks are not mandated by law.” Mrs. Skinner said.

“Carmel Tebbutt’s system has failed hospital patients too many times.”

“It’s time the Keneally Labor Government got fair dinkum about Protecting Patients.”

“Labor’s incompetence has infected the medical administration communication channels in NSW.” Mrs. Skinner said.

“It just goes to show that nothing has changed, and it’s the same old failure and incompetence from the State Labor Government.”

“It is still not mandatory by law for Labor’s Area Health Services to conduct background checks before employing Doctors in Public Hospitals.”

“Labor MPs voted against legislation proposed by the NSW Liberals & Nationals to do exactly that. Labor’s Political Games are putting patients at risk.”

“I again call on Health Minister Carmel Tebbutt to back legislation that would make background checks compulsory by law for new doctors working in public hospitals.” Mrs. Skinner said.

Editor Victor P Taffa has suffered firsthand the appalling treatment that he received in the NSW Public Hospital System. Concerns by Victor P Taffa are now being investigated by the Health Care Complaints Commission.
