Victor P Taffa
New South Wales Member for Ku-ring-gai Barry O’Farrell can make a choice. Allow Railway and Tramway Expansion to occur across Victoria and Australia through Victor P Taffa or deny a person with ability and talent to do the job. The choice for Barry O’Farrell is quite easy. Should he so wish Barry O’Farrell could resign as the Member for Ku-ring-gai and take his 16 year lump sum pension and work in a Senior Transport role under the loving care of Victoria Premier Ted Baillieu or allow Victor P Taffa to work for Premier Baillieu.
The Liberal Party of Australia was founded in 1944 by Sir Robert Menzies. The Party was established to give people with ability and talent to make Australia a great nation. This is why Victor P Taffa joined the New South Wales Division of the Liberal Party.
Railway Expansion has been made out to be some sort of socialistic notion. Railway Expansion has never been in contravention of Liberal Party Policy. After the October 2008 Ryde State By-Election efforts were made by Victor P Taffa to rejoin the Party and yet both New South Wales and Federal Liberal Leader Barry O’Farrell and Tony Abbott were either too weak or consumed with such objections that the New South Wales State Executive 10 year ban could not be overturned.
Now in the face of an historic and thoroughly overwhelming victory Barry O’Farrell can show some leadership and allow Victor P Taffa to be employed by the Baillieu Victoria Liberal Government in a Senior Transport role that includes Rail improvements in New South Wales as a result of the demand for High-Speed between Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane.

Editor Victor P Taffa’s interest in Politics was ignited in 1975 with the Whitlam Dismissal.

- This extends to Railway and Tramway Improvements and Expansion and a Rail Ferry to Tasmania.
Sydney and New South Wales urgently need both Railway and Tramway Expansion and it is the failure to expand Railway Lines over many decades and the abandonment of what was the second largest Tramway Network in the world has brought Sydney and New South Wales to the mess that we currently face.
The same applies for Melbourne and Victoria and the rest of Australia.
Prime Minister Gillard is attempting to bring in a Carbon Tax and Opposition Leader Tony Abbott is attempting to stop it. In 50 years time Prime Minister Gillard and Opposition Leader Tony Abbott will not be remembered for any wasted time on a Carbon Tax. What they would be remembered for is the Railway and Tramway Lines, High-Speed Rail and a Rail Ferry to Tasmania that they could build.

Barry O’Farrell wants everyone to have the impression that like Former New South Wales Labor Premier Barrie Unsworth that he is everyone’s favourite uncle. Stopping what the silent majority want, need and desire will not make Barry O’Farrell appear as everyone’s favourite uncle.
The problem is that should Victor P Taffa be forced to remain living in Sydney Barry O’Farrell will endure a short-lived time as Premier of New South Wales because when the going gets politically tough the support required will not be there.
As the old saying goes: ‘A Week is a long time in politics.’
