Yet Another Green-Labor Broken Promise

Tasmanians have been hit by another Green-Labor broken promise, with the Government announcing that only $700,000 of the $1.3 Million promised to the Spencer Park affordable housing development will be delivered, according to Deputy Leader of The Opposition Jeremy Rockliff said today.

“Tasmanians are becoming too familiar with this Government’s inability to stick to what it promised, and are being made to pay for more Green-Labor budget mismanagement.” Mr. Rockliff said.

“Vulnerable Tasmanians are already facing a spiraling cost of living, a slump in job creation and an economy that is in tatters they simply cannot afford to be hit again by a Government that can’t deliver what it promised.”

“The simple fact is, Tasmanians cannot trust Labor and the Greens and are now paying the consequences.” Mr. Rockliff said.
