Victoria Minister for Employment and Industrial Relations Richard Dalla-Riva has written to Opposition Leader Daniel Andrews demanding an apology for the baseless claims made in the Victoria Parliament.

The claims are in relation to an alleged misuse of Police Resources and the allegations as made by the Labor Party are without foundation.
